Thanks for making time, Maya. Last time you mentioned that your team is manually copying call notes into Salesforce. What has changed?
Our sellers are still spending Friday afternoons updating records. Important follow-ups get lost between the call and the CRM.
Understood. Is there a budget for changing that workflow?
We can start with a small, agreed pilot and review every suggested Salesforce update before it is applied.
I will send the proposal and agreement by Friday. Shall we pencil in a follow-up for next Wednesday?
Yes, Wednesday works. I will invite our Salesforce administrator, Jordan, to that call.
All people, companies and conversations in this example are fictional. No integrations are connected.

We’re looking for Salesforce teams with a real conversation-to-CRM problem. The first pilots will help decide what we build next.
Tell us what your team needsProposed terms, subject to validation. Pilot scope and fees are agreed separately. No payment collected on signup.
A useful analysis separates what was said, what is inferred, and what needs to happen next.
SALESFORCE WORKFLOWSField mapping, source evidence, approval gates, and the details a meeting summary misses.
BUYER’S CHECKLISTStart with the workflow you need—not a feature list you may never use.
No. Call Refinery is a pre-launch product experiment focused on Salesforce conversation workflows. The interactive example is fictional. We are testing demand before building a broader platform.
No. The current experience produces suggestions for review. Live Salesforce integrations are planned for agreed pilot scopes; they are not connected in this preview.
Live uploads are not open yet. The planned first pilot will accept text transcripts, including TXT, Markdown, VTT and SRT. Audio transcription and meeting bots are outside the first pilot scope.
No. The target launch price is a pricing hypothesis. Applying does not charge you or commit you to a pilot.
